I stayed for one night in a Queen Room Non-Smoking. While the bed sheets and towels were clean, the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. there were visible stains and dirt in several places. The front desk staff were generally helpful, but one attendant seemed less attentive. I think better housekeeping could really elevate the experience here.
